ERDC – Federal Government’s Child Care Assistance Program

It offers cash assistance to working families who are eligible to pay child care.

The ERDC is a financial aid program that provides financial assistance for child-care costs. Child Care Subsidy Central is the central vendor that administers this program. This program is based upon income and family size. Family members who are eligible receive a voucher which they can use to go to any child care provider of your choice. The voucher comes with a subsidy paid biweekly to child care providers. The recipient must also pay the remainder of the amount. There is currently a waitinglist of over 60,000 children. If you are eligible, get your child immunized per Maryland state guidelines.

The eligibility requirements for childcare providers vary. You can apply for assistance through the Texas Information and Referral Network and Workforce Solutions. Cash assistance may be available for child-care costs up to 75% above the average. This program is also available to help pay for daycare costs if you have an elderly child or are looking for work. It also includes TANF

The Welfare Reform Act of 96 replaced Aid to Families with Dependent Children with a block grant program, known as TANF. Aid to Families with Dependent Children was an uncapped federal matching fund program that allowed states to get more federal money when they needed it. It also gave them less federal money when they had to spend more on cash aid. TANF grants states a fixed grant that can be used for a variety of purposes. This program also includes a requirement to spend at least 75 percent of what was available before welfare reform.

TANF is a block grant program that helps low-income families transition from welfare to work and improve their living conditions. It replaced three federal welfare programs, Aid to Families with Dependent Children(AFDC), Job Opportunities & Basic Skills Training (JOBS) and Emergency Assistance. It is a federal block grant program that provides support for low-income families' educational and work efforts. TANF spending amounts to $15.0 billion annually. Most of this money is used for TANF-related expenses.

The SKA ADR L is a compact and portable ADR tool that allows you to handle small amounts of industrial fluids. It includes sorbents for containment as well as clean up. The sorbent pack contains two sets of absorbing pillows and pads. One is for containment.

Actors Mobile ADR can be downloaded free for iPhone and iPad. It allows actors to record ADR anywhere they want, from their own homes to on the set. It can store audio and video cueing information so actors can perform their lines and record their takes with visual cues. ADR App will also send back Wav files that have been time stamped. It also allows for recording in any location, from your car and subway.
